CROSS LANES, W.Va (WSAZ) - A local fire department has
new tools to rescue people injured in ATV accidents.
Firefighters say getting to a patient is crucial but a
rescue can sometime take hours and use a lot of man power but now the
Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department has a new tool to help them in
this dangerous rescue.
It's an all terrain rescue trailer which can go anywhere
an ATV can go and now the patient can get help quicker. The rescue
trailer also has plenty of medical equipment that can be used to treat
any injuries the victim may have.
