West Virginia:

 Spring March 1 thru May 31  
  Fall. October 1 to December 31
LEGAL BURNING TIMES
  West Virginia:  4 PM 'til 7 AM
SPECIAL RULES FOR BURNING


             
         

You may burn only vegetative material (leaves, twigs etc) and never may trash be burned. 

Also, you must stay with any fire until it is completely out.

    In West Virginia, use a 10-foot safety strip.
